I had Shrockworks Front and rear bumpers, skids, and sliders on my Xterra. Perfect fit, finish, and value. Jim is a real stand-up guy. I drug that vehicle thru Spring Creek twice, and various trails in Moab without any damage to Shrock's parts.

His Tacoma products are highly respected and strong, if not over-built (meaning heavy). But the fit and finish looks really good for an off the shelf product.

FlyingWil has one on his Sierra Expeditions Tacoma.

And so it begins... which truck to build up? Squishy, or Radio Flyer? You may have to choose!

Either that or buy the old man enough beer to tie up his evenings making a bumper with you out of a cardboard mockup. How hard could it be?*

*Ranks right up there with, "hold my beer and watch this!"

I too had the Shrockworks front bumper on my old Xterra...Jim is a great guy and his quality/customer service is also great....the bumper handled abuse and when the X was totaled, it was one of the few things straight on the vehicle....

Unfortunately 3rd Gen bumper options are pretty slim especially since TJM left the US market. From what I have seen, the Shrockworks bumpers are pretty nice. The only other options that come to mind are ARB and Armorology.

or Rockware for the custom built options.

That Shockware bumper looks like the best bolt on I've ever seen.
