What are you guys riding? I’m out of shape but built this Ritchey Timberwolf steel hardtail to get rolling again...

Sweet Ritchey, love the color too. I’m still a glutton for punishment

What ratio is that? Looks like it's for hyperactive squirrel on crack cadence!
Singlespeed? Damn. Waaaaay tougher than me! Cool bike.
That's the beauty of one gear. No matter what it's the wrong one for the situation so you're never surprised. BTW, it's not single speed. You in fact have at least three speeds - standing, sitting and walking.

People's Soviet Socialist Republic of California,
I'm still on a KHS Alite 4000 circa 2001 model year but with upgraded disk brakes, new wheelsets, wider handlebars, ditched the old carbon fiber seatpost (it cracked), new forks after the old ones were toast. Next thing I need to do is replace the sprockets, derailleurs, and chain. Those parts are all original 😱

well, the FAT is a new 29'r like the rest of the hardtails here. I have not ridden the 26r in some time of which the new one is a modern clone :). Love the MB sexiness. I haven't seen a 1 in a while

I have yet to ride my kokopelli on trails out here! I need to blow the dust off this thing on something that will work the suspension but not kill me. I'm used to riding trails at 800' amsl in the deciduous forests of Ohio, WV and PA. If you crashed there it was into a soft woodsy loam. The trails look a little more angular to eat it on out here and I feel like I need to upgrade my protection to more than a helmet!

My Timberwolf is actually a 27.5 as the frame is a small. The MB was a CL find in rough shape. It’s converted to 1x now.
