Vendor Coordinator Support CM 2023

Hey everyone! For those of you that don't know, I am the vendor coordinator for this years event again and I am looking for someone to help support me Thursday for a few hours for the vendor expo and during the Friday night raffle. Specifically I need someone to take a lot of photos of the winners and the prizes that they win and record their names so that we can put it on our CM IG account to advertise for our supporting vendor.

I will need you to do the following as well:

1. Make a list of all of the raffle items that we have received for supporting vendors.
2. Organize and set up the raffle items on the stage Friday night.

Not a hard job but requires attention to detail and making sure we don't misplace any items and we get the vendors the recognition they deserve for supporting CM.
