hard white deposits on a spark plug? That's not burning coolant is it? Hopefully it's just a sign of too much advance on the timing?

I think too much advance usually makes the insulator white and the electrodes will either be blued or burned. White deposits are usually a contaminant.

By the way this is on all 4 plugs to a greater or lesser degree.

Age of plugs? Any vapor showing at the tailpipe in the morning (more than usual these cold mornings)? Smell of coolant?
