My best friend and Marine Corps brother Scott came down from Idaho with his 80. My dad and I met him in southern Utah and we made the trip together.
We camped with some friends (also Marines) and spent some time exploring Johnson Valley and the KOH course. We had a great time and
@TrailRigRacing and the rest of the crew made us feel very welcome. We had team members from Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Washington state. It’s amazing how people will come from far and wide to support a common interest. Racing is truly made up of “family”.
There was a lot of dust, a lot of drinking and a lot of big money rigs and rides. If you have never attended this event, put it on your bucket list! I am looking forward to the next time I can attend!
