GPS Class Saturday 5/17/08 at Arvada Cycle at 9:00am
This Saturday’s class is to teach the rider/driver to collect the data

I will go over Garmin's MapGPS76CSx. This is the GPS I will be
using.
My plan is to preload these GPS's with different colored track logs.
We will hand out these GPS units each day with printed maps and a
camera.
I think following these manufactured, colored, track logs is a job
that trail riders/drivers can and would do. Of course they will need
some training beforehand to maximize our time on the ground.
I will have some GPS units at the class and I plan to send class
participants out into the Wheat Ridge streets to try this out. We will
have a group discussion after.


There are other GPS units that will work; and if you want to use yours
that's fine. You will need to upload and download the supplied data
into your unit. Bring your lap top.
