This rig lives by me. I think there's room for one more gas can.

It looks like he's got an Iridum antenna and maybe a marine UHF antenna and the rack looks sort of legit, so maybe he does a fair bit of traveling? OTOH it might all be for show since there's an awful lot of blingy chrome crap. Having inflexible antennas mounted rigidly that high without springs is risky even navigating the urban jungle. I mean, those Carl's Jr.s drive thru overhangs are pretty short.

My DD is a 7.3 Excursion and your numbers a pretty much spot on ScaldedDog. If I keep the cruise at 75ish I can hit around 20 mpg's
