Time for another Snow Run. I'm willing to set this up and lead again. So I'm keeping it the same and copying info from last year. We will alternate back to a Sat. run this year. Sorry Zepp I know you have to work on Saturdays. There are usually lots of experienced club members on this run around to help and learn from. Communication is key. Breaking off into small groups is fine and will naturally occur on this run. Just make sure to keep the person in sight behind you for the first part of this run on the roads with intersections. If some of the bigger rigs that want to bust the trail ahead is fine by me. The JadeRunner is a little tired so I will be taking it easy. Plus my tires are a few year old now. Newer mud tires with lots of "dig" usually do the best on snow runs. Let's have fun!

Date: Sat. Jan 25th, 2020
Meeting Time: 8:30-9:00 am - Leave at 9:30

Meeting Place: Cemetery area half mile above (west) of Central City. Go due west out of Central City up the hill about a one mile. At the top of the hill
west of Central City at the multi fork in the road. Continue on the middle road west 1/2 mile and look for the new Yankee Hill trailhead on the right. Vehicles with trailers can park there.
39°48'43.9"N 105°32'26.1"W (39.812190, -105.540586)

After the run we will meet at Beau Jo's for pizza in Idaho Springs around 4-5 pm.

CB Channel 4 - Ham 146460
Will will air down and/or chain up (if your using chains) at the meeting place. Most elect to not use chains.

Difficulty - this run is open to everyone. The only requirement is to have hard points front and rear for strapping purposes and of course a strap ready to go. A shovel and additional recovery gear is highly recommended.

Be prepared to stay warm and dry with winter clothing and boots. It can be really cold and windy up there.

@TheHoneyBadger want in on this again?

Possibly.
Depends on this latest bumper project.

(Edit):
I guess you and I should probably go because they're probably going to need some tug boats, if you know what I mean. :snail::dunno:

Dude, you know I hang a "CLOSED" sign on my shop door when we go do this run together. You got a new CV? LOL! Let's go have some fun, and make some snow fly!

I'd love to join you guys. I'm new to the club and fairly new to 4-wheeling. I have BFG K02 tires. I hope that is good enough? I've got all the other equipment (I think), so I should be good to go. Let me know.
