"Reply All" option in PM?

Can we activate a Reply All option in PMs?

There isn't any "Reply All" option to activate in vBulletin.

We've been talking about this feature for nearly 5 years. Trying to implement it is still a hack.

Hack is just a terrible word for creative and effective fabrication of something new to meet a definite need.
