New media functionality on RS forum

I added a plugin today that will allow users to embed more types of media, including (drumroll) Instragram! Here's how it works:

1. Click the media button



2. Paste the link to the media you wish to embed.



It also does a bunch of other stuff, like allowing for bigger YouTube videos.
