When you finally find your unicorn bike, your willing to drive 800 miles round trip to Sheridan, Wyo. to pick to it up........and, eat a steak at the Cowboy Cafe, buy a t-shirt and lassoing rope at King's saddlery and have a couple of drinks in the Mint bar to fully experience and appreciate Sheridan!

I finally tracked down a limited 2022 Tenere T700 in Tec Black! It was originally purchased in El Cahon, California then went to Perryton, Texas and then to Sheridan, Wyoming. The owner was in South Africa for two months and finally got him when Amy and I shot up there to pick it up. Not bad for 1700 mile bike!

Now the prep for our 2024 MotoCampRun Adventure!

Might be my favorite bar in the West. When first visited nearly 45 years ago, it wasn't unusual to find some cowboy nursing a cold one at the bar with his saddle and gear sitting on the bench against the wall. Seemed to be a hiring hall for real cowboys. Visit to King Ropes is also a must, not just for the gear but for the museum it contains. Last visit was during a break from the annual Pig Party a few years ago up in the Black Hills.
