Well not exactly but I have a hard time stopping quickly without locking up the tires.
Maybe its my 33" skinny mud tires and rear locker combo. I did not notice the problem as much with my old worn out 31" tires and no locker.
Anyone elses brakes lock up very easily. Its not that they engage too quickly, its just that slowing quickly usually locks up the tires.

I use a manual proportioning valve from FrontRangeOffRoadFab.com, it works really really well and you can adjust it to taste. I bet it would work great on an FJ as well as a minitruck, same fittings IIRC.
