FYI -
Just got back from EJS/Moab and experienced traffic issues on 191 south from I-70. It appears they are widening the bottom half 191 both north and south bound. It starts around the airport, on both sides. While most of it is off the side of the highway they did have flaggers slowing/stopping traffic where trucks were crossing/entering the highway. May or may not cause an issue for those heading to CM but, it is dangerous since in some locations there is no shoulder and significant drop offs.
