It looks like there are two holes for the (whatever you call them) inflation stems. If that's what the holes are for.

The second holes are for internal beadlocks. Or you can put a deflater valve on one and clip a guage on the other when de-airing.

the rims would be fine if i had 1 ton diffs they sent me 17x9.5x8x6.5 with 3.5 back spacing they where to send 17x9.5x6x5.5 with 3.5 back spacing..
