Levitt Pavilion - rising sun night?

Anyone else check out Levitt Pavilion? We have enjoyed a bunch of free or cheap music there. The Violent Femmes were awesome! We should have a rising sun night sometime this summer, tailgate and hang out and listen to some live music under the stars...

I looked through the schedule and really didn’t see a band I’d drive a long way for! (Music snob). Bring back the Femmes and I’m there a day early!
All saying though, I’ve seen many shows there and it is an awesome venue.

The Levitt calendar will definitely have more added. The Femmes are on tour again, doing the first 2 albums this time.

I put this on the calendar... the summer schedule gets a little competitive, but for now I think we're in!

And fun place, I saw Kevin Seconds play acoustic there... opening act for Jawbreaker. Wasn't the best Jawbreaker performance I've ever seen but still pretty darn good... but hearing a bunch of old 7Seconds songs done acoustically was memorable.

Sure! We'll get there early and chill on the grass with sandwiches. You can bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages (here's the list of what is allowed and what is not allowed). Karie is not too mobile yet with her recent knee surgery so we are hoping to get set up early and then just hang out.
