Team - Call anyone for one last request from Clear Creek County. Clear Creek County called wondering if anyone from the Rising Sun Group (2-3 trucks will be sufficient) would be interested in helping close the Kingston peak gates?
They attempted over the weekend but couldn’t get close enough to venture ahead on foot. We ended up about ½ mile from the St Mary side and about 1.5 miles from Apex side. Clear Creek County was was inflating our egos by saying "We are much better equipped to do some snow bashing." and only encourages me to think; "Well yes, we do." haha. The gates were supposed to be closed last week but with all the snow we couldn’t get out.
They would like to organize something for either Thursday or Friday. I think I can help out on Friday late morning or early afternoon. Please respond if you are interested in a fun snow run.
