On the 23rd @timmbuck2 and I did a cleanup of Jenny creek together! The fall colors were super pretty and there wasn’t much to clean up. I took the 40 and it was fun to let it stretch its legs off-road even if I was approaching the limit of what it could do without spotting. I hadn’t ever ran it till today and it was a great time. Thank you Tim for leading.
Oh yeah the trail was in great shape, almost zero trash, all the campsites looked good, too. Only person we saw on the trail was a jeep running backwards, luckily we met him very close to a pullout. He gave me a hard time for bringing such a "wide truck" and sarcastically wished me good luck but loved Jake's 40.
Robin and the pups and I then drove up to Georgetown and took guanella pass, absolutely gorgeous.
