Mission/Direction:To coordinate and implement volunteer projects on the Boulder Ranger District related to the maintenance of OHV recreation.
Education - Restoration - Information Test for projects: is it signing? erosion control? restoration?
keeping the public on the route? education? re-establishing closures of previous decisions?

2) 2005 grant proposals - All
Rainbow Lakes grant status (Paul).
319 Grant for Lefthand status (Colleen)
3) 4WD Road Signing project - Adam
Adopt-A-Road agreement for Miller Rock.
Propose roads for 2006 signing. Dates tentative are Jul 1 and Aug 5.
Jumbo Mountain access. Talk with Mike Johnson. (JD)
4) Motorized Trail Signing project - JD
Propose motorized trails for 2006 signing.
5) Rocky Mountain OHV Patrol - Valerie
** To be dropped during winter **
Training status. Motorized routes to be patrolled.
6) Lefthand Travel Planning update - Brian/Cat Update on Lefthand Travel EA final.
7) Yankee Doodle Lake - Bill/Roz/Valerie Status on Jenny Creek road and restoration project.
Coordination with Rollins Pass Restoration group.
8) Sugarloaf Single Track - JD
Status of single track network near Sugarloaf Mountain.
9) Gillespie Gulch - Colleen/Greg/John
Road was bladed, no communication with Trailridge Runners, the adoptive club. Contractor handled by Susan Lane out of Clear Creek Ranger District. Monitor condition of road.
10) National Forest Funding - Roz
Status of COHVCO, CMC, others on Congressional funding.
Any new issues or concerns to work on, or Forest Service projects related to Boulder Ranger District motorized recreation. - All

2) BRD Transportation Inventory Grant

Last Meeting:
2) Continue to work 2005 grant proposals - All Paul Grobe (Hillbillies) submitted Rainbow Lakes campground trailhead relocation and improvement grant.
Colleen Williams (James Town Watershed) submitted a 319 Grant for sediment control in Lefthand area.
3) 4WD Road Signing project - Adam
Submitted Miller Rock Adopt-A-Road agreement.
4) Rocky Mountain OHV Patrol - Valerie
Valerie has 42 volunteers trained in all motorized types.
5) Lefthand Travel Planning update - Brian/Cat Final Decision to be out end of November 2005.
6) Yankee Doodle Lake - Bill/Roz
Signing project completed. Closed off mud bog and hill climbs. Closed off some obvious user created routes. Future project to close bog more permanently.

On hold until Front Country EA is completed.
