After countless hours of trying to get my truck to run i figured it out, so i guess i'm going to keep the fuel injection... Turn's out that the mass air flow sensor was unpluged and getting jammed some how by leaning up against some other wire's it's like the old saying four eye's are better than two had a friend come over to take a look and between the two of us 5 min's and it run's
