I can’t get any iPhone photos to load, either our file size limit is lower now or my iPhone is shooting at a larger file size.

Instead of using the “attach files” button at the bottom, try instead using the little picture icon at the top of the window. That will allow you to select a smalller file size.

Tim all of the icons in the reply window are greyed out for me. (Using iPhone)

It's got to be that our file size is lower. I tried to upload the same image file I previously loaded on the old host, and it now says the image is too big.
