I am finally installing a new suspension on my '85 4Runner, and I cannot get the rear-front spring hanger bolt out. It will spin, but it will not come out; not even a millimeter (enough to get a wedge/flathead screwdriver under it). I have tried PB blaster, a hammer, busted a C clamp....nothing. Any ideas would be very appreciated as I'd really like to get this thing moving tonight!

Thanks,
Brett

Thanks dave. I have new bolts, so I think I'll just cut it. I need to get a more agressive blade as mine is not working.

Ok, I torched the hell out of the bushings, tried the saw and I'm not even scoring the bolt. THe head wont separate from it's side of the hanger. This is killing me... I'm so frustrated!!! Anyone on Parker have a mobile plasma cutter...I've got $40 for whoever can come by and cut these off......

Are you having fun yet? Air chisel will push them right out. Don't forget your safety goggles.

Ball joint press? With an impact wrench behind it?
