Help ID this rear bumper

Does anyone recognize the manufacture of this rear 80 series bumper? It looks familiar to me but may be a one-off build.

I don't recognize it, but it looks similar to the homebuilt bumpers that a bunch of Wasatch Cruisers built a few years ago.

Thanks for the reply's but it doesn't really matter at this point. I was planning to view the bumper this morning but the seller sold it last night. He also had a Slee Short Bus front bumper as a packaged deal. Bummed because the seller wasn't available until this morning for me to see them (I wanted to look at the set earlier this week). A guy from Arizona is driving to CO this weekend to pick them up.
