Help for the HVAC challenged...

Ok...I don't need another project right now but I saw this on fleebay the other day and I got to wondering...Could someone simply install one of these in a vehicle (like a FJ40) and have instant AC? It can't be this simple right? There has to be more required (like a condensor and compressor and ???)

Page 53 of the SOR catalog. You'd need FJ60 motor mount and 3-groove crank pulley to run the compressor. BTDT.

I was envisioning be able to drive the 40 to work on 90+ degree days in comfort...You know, top off, tunes cracked, and nice cool breeze blowing across my...oh never mind
