Ian was let go for an issue that was not his fault. He didn't do anything malicious. If you know of any open positions, feel free to post them up. He may need a job for a few weeks while the union fights to bring him back or he may need a new career...

:) Thank you to all that have responded. Yeah it sucks to say the least with what happened and like Treeroot said it really was no fault of my own, just a huge excuse. Anyway this will allow me to move on, branch out and move forward.
