I don't actually own one (yet) but they give them to run leaders at Cruise Moab, which I just hung mine on the tailgate of my pickup.

So along that line of thinking, the straps are apparently very long indeed.

Ha, he didn't follow instructions and he's a good sport so he got used as the example and assigned Peach as a reading for comprehension and clues test... took a few days but my strategy worked and now the "state your color police have my back in force". /ha
