FJ 40 weight

Can anyone tell me the approximate weight of the LC? I need to haul my daughters 71 LC. Has a 350 chevy, auto, 35x12.5x15
Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is stock, it says it weighs 4,2** (cant remember) pounds, Im not sure what the mods would bring it up to.

Normally *around* 4000 pounds. Subtract at least a couple hundred with the SBC versus stock motor. Subtract a couple hundred for soft top if applicable. Add for armor and larger tires, etc.

4500 without me in it. See my signature line for some details. I also have soft top, metal tech family cage stinger and noseguard, warn XD9000i with 125' of 5/16" aircraft cable, Gozzard fiberglass tub and fenders, custom front/rear bumpers and spare tire rack, 36" TSL/SXs......etc, etc, etc.

In other words, I would imagine I'm kind of on the heavier side of things. Hope that helps.

Thanks again for the reply's.
I had to haul the cruiser to Proffits for a disc brake conversion. I wasn't comfortable tackling that one alone so left it to the professionals.
