Farewell to a legend

Today the world lost a legend. RIP Shane Macgowan. I will always be in debt to my brother for introducing me to his music and The Pogues when I was young.

Since I share a last name with him, I've always been interested in his music. A true legend for sure. I went back and listened to some of his pre-Pogues band The Nips earlier today. I'm sure others will jump in and share "the hits", so I'll leave this lesser known song here. A perfectly frantic little pop gem.

i think i have all of those (although in cd form) except pogue mahone. i did have poguetry in motion on cassette way back in the day...that's the ep that got me into the pogues. i would crank london girl
