Here's another crate motor:


They use a Tesla motor and put an adapter on it for RWD classic muscle cars. I've exchanged some emails with them about plans for adapters to go to something like an Atlas transfer case or similar. I wouldn't be surprised to see that maybe in another year.

That's the most polished crate motor product I've seen where you can get *everything* from one place and don't have to figure all the electrical stuff out yourself.

I missed it when Chevy started making noise about an eCrate motor last year.



Looks like they're using Chevy Bolt parts to make their eCrate system.

Interesting that GM is saying they want to support conversions of old vehicles, boats, etc. to electric.
