CV Axle Replacement

Timely discussion. Have my truck at Toy-Auto Masters in Englewood for chasing down a check engine light.
I also have a torn boot one CV and the other is leaking past the boot. They are suggesting two "new" World Pack axles? Lifetime warranty.
Cost for both at $520.
They offered OEM or CVJ Rebuild and will get me pricing tomorrow.
While he said the World Pack are a major Toyota parts supplier I am thinking I will pass.

Are they clicking? How many miles? If good, just add some fresh grease and re-boot

Do you know if your CVs are OEM? Got any pics of them?

Are they clicking? How many miles? If good, just add some fresh grease and re-boot

Oh yeah if not clicking just reboot. Don't know if the shop will want to do it or not.
