One of the last remaining items on my engine swap todo list is hook up the A/C. I either need to get or make some custom A/C lines to hook up the 2uz compressor to the FJ80's system.

I'd like to get some recommendations for how to go about either getting some lines made or making them. I've asked around at some local parts houses, but they all look at me like I have two heads when I ask about custom AC lines.

figured I should share a key piece of info on this.

I ended up finding this solder which worked great for the weld/solder on cups.

Lucas Milhaupt - Part # 99088 Flux Cored Aluminum Braze Al822

This allowed me to use parts from cold hose to make my lines and join them to the 100 and 80 series ends

yea @Stuckinthe80s is going through it right now.

If you want I’ve got all the gear to make hoses now you’re welcome to borrow it. Here’s my list of AC tools I’ve acquired
  • Vacuum pump
  • AC manifold
  • AC hose crimp tool
  • I’ve got a few sticks left of the special solder

Parker hose can do A/C in most places, and I would assume most hydraulic shops can as well. Vintage Air uses all Parker stuff, abd they can crimp them if they have the tool. If not, I think the tool is like $400. The hoses are really easy to do.
