Sink Creek (2f rebuild)

Put some stuff on the engine, so far the most complicated part of the build.

Right now everything is just sitting loose as we were cleaning bolts and putting parts in the correct spot. Will get to tightening down tomorrow.

I have a question for anyone in the area of Golden CO though or if anyone knows a potential solution. I ordered some push rods but they have not come in yet. I was hoping to try and fire it up before putting it back in, but want to get that done this weekend. Anyone have a set of old push rods or know of some aftermarket’s I could use to get this done?

Put the engine in this last weekend.

Ignore my buddy, he’s inhaled freon one too many times. Now just waiting on pushrods still and we’ll be golden. On that note though I was wondering if anyone was planning on bringing their 40 to the meeting tomorrow and would let me take a look under the hood. Just want to double check that everything is going back where it should. When it came out there were some definite shade tree fixes that I’m trying to correct the factory way. It would be a real help to take a look and double check what I’m doing is right.
