Default Breaking squelch with engine RPM

My CB is breaking squelch when my engine revs in the 40. Is there a way to eliminate this? I used to install car audio and we'd get alternator whine in some installs and we had to add a doohickey to the alternator wire, maybe some sort of choke?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts and advice.

Drew

Come on, there's not a ferrite choke or something I can add?
