Looking at pics online and cant tell, is the tie rod supposed to be straight? Or does it come bent from the factory? Just replaced rod ends yesterday but wasnt sure

Just got slee's new tie rod in and trying to figure out roughly how many threads should be exposed so I can get it in for an alignment. It is shorter than stock but with the addition of jam nuts. Thanks for the help

Measure your old ball joints on the old rod, center to center. try to replicate this distance as closely as you can. Drive it straight to an alignment shop!

Once you get it straight, you may want to check the jam nuts on occasion to make sure they are staying tight.
